Our top-level members have gone above and beyond to receive their state license from RCAT, the Roofing Contractors Association of Texas. RCAT licensed members must endure a rigorous screening process and complete multiple exams before they obtain their license. Without a doubt, these contractors conduct their work professionally and responsibly with every customer they serve.
These contractors are ETRA members, but have not obtained their RCAT license. Each of these members have met our qualifications, been approved by our Board of Directors, and have been endorsed by a current top-level ETRA member.
